Each ponytail is made to order, and the process takes 1 to 3 days (depending on the volume of orders).

• Straightening Possibility: BraidsPonytail can be straightened at temperatures up to 150 degrees Celsius, and by combing the ponytail using the warm airflow of a hairdryer, allowing for a “refresh” when needed, refer to “EDUCATION VIDEO“.
• Easy Care: Our ponytails can be easily hand-washed under warm running water, using your favourite shampoo. After washing, we recommend using conditioner or hair oil to maintain softness. Remember to hold the ponytail by the braids, avoiding stretching the elastic band during care, see “EDUCATION VIDEO“

Product Durability: The predictable durability of the product largely depends on the intensity of use and care of the ponytail and varies from 3 months (with daily use) to even a year with occasional use.
