BPT accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
• BPT features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don’t have to re-enter them for future purchases.
• PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
• Apple Pay: Easily and securely complete your purchase with Apple Pay using any compatible Apple device.

Right of Withdrawal from the Agreement:

The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement without stating a reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods. The item cannot be used and has an intact security seal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision through a clear statement sent to the email address [info@braidsponytail.com] before the expiration of the 14-day period from receiving the goods.

Subsequently, the returned product should be packaged and sent via postal service (we encourage choosing cost-effective transport options) to the address: BraidsPonytail, 90 Kirkstone Drive, M24 5RZ, Middleton, Manchester, United Kingdom.

Exchange Policy:

The customer has the right to exchange a product within 14 days of receiving the product if it has not been used and has an intact security seal.

The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the item and for the reshipment of the replacement.

To exchange a product, the customer should inform us via email at info@braidsponytail.com.

Subsequently, the exchanged product should be packaged and sent to the address: BraidsPonytail, 90 Kirkstone Drive, M24 5RZ, Middleton, Manchester, United Kingdom.

Return Conditions:

The product must be returned in its original condition with an undamaged hygiene seal.

The hygiene seal must remain intact. Breaking the hygiene seal means the loss of the right to a refund.

If the product has been used, it does not qualify for return.

Returns and Exchanges for Personalized Orders

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that items that are customized or made to order are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, personalized goods that are made specifically to your specifications are exempt from the standard return policy. This means that once your order has been placed, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges on these items.

Return Costs:

The buyer bears the shipping costs for the returned product.

The refund amount will be reduced by any initial shipping costs incurred on our part.

Refund:

Upon receiving the returned product, we will refund the customer an amount corresponding to the value of the purchased product, minus any costs incurred on our part related to the shipment.

The refund will be made using the same payment method the customer used when making the purchase, unless the customer explicitly agrees to a different form of refund.

Product Durability: The predictable durability of the product largely depends on the intensity of use and care of the ponytail and varies from 3 months (with daily use) to even a year with occasional use.

If your ponytail gets creased during use or transport, here are ways to refresh it. Always remember, when combing, straightening, and similar activities, hold BraidsPonytail by the hair tie points on the elastic band, not just the elastic band itself (as it may cause excessive stretching)!

• If your ponytail is heavily tangled, gently comb it with your fingers, holding BraidsPonytail by the twists.
• Then use a brush, all the while holding the ponytail by the tie points of synthetic hair.
• If you notice stray hairs from the tie points on the elastic band after using BraidsPonytail, you can trim them with scissors (see the video on our website).
• If your ponytail is wrinkled, you can straighten it in two ways:
  1. Using a hairdryer, blow the hair and then comb through BraidsPonytail using a brush, holding it by the tie points on the elastic band.
  2. Using a straightener with a temperature setting not exceeding 150 degrees of Celsius (higher temperatures may cause the synthetic hair to melt). In this case, hold BraidsPonytail by the tie points and alternate between using a brush and the straightener (see the video on our website).

• Create a ponytail with your natural hair.
• Then install BraidsPonytail by wrapping the elastic band around the previously created ponytail. To facilitate the process, it is recommended to move the synthetic ponytail to the front and, after wrapping the elastic band, move it behind the head (see the video on our website).
• For added stability, use a hairpin to connect the synthetic hair with your natural hair. Some clients skip this step.
• Next, take the outer strand of synthetic hair from the BraidsPonytail and wrap it around the elastic band along with the tie points on it, making them invisible and giving the ponytail an elegant look.
• Use a hairpin to secure the end of the strand.
• If necessary, use a hair brush to give the ponytail an elegant look.

• Straight Ponytails: Can be straightened at temperatures up to 150°C. To refresh the ponytail, simply brush it with a warm stream of air from a hairdryer. Straight ponytails can also be curled at this temperature, though using a curling iron is not recommended.
• Wavy Ponytails: Can be straightened, curled, or enhanced for waves at temperatures up to 190°C. Always apply a heat protectant before styling.

• Theoretically, yes, you can try, but the dye or toner may not work on the hair, and there is a risk of damaging the ponytail. It is recommended to use dry products, such as root sprays or colored hair sprays. Do it at your own risk!
