SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
Shipping Information:
BraidsPonytail – check out our delivery methods and terms below. For orders over £40 within the UK, delivery is free (via Royal Mail 48 Tracked).
BraidsPonytail goods are handmade and produced on demand. Order processing takes 1-3 business days, in addition to the chosen shipping option.
UK DELIVERY:
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked – delivery in 48h, price £2.70
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked – delivery in 24h, price £3.50
Our Tracked service includes full online tracking, allowing you to monitor the parcel’s progress. After the order is processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Link to Royal Mail UK parcel tracking.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
Deliveries will be completed within 6-14 business days from placing the order, depending on your location. BraidsPony Tail exclusively offers international shipments with tracking and delivery confirmation.

PAYMENT METHODS
BPT accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
- BPT features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don’t have to re-enter them for future purchases.
- PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
- Apple Pay: Easily and securely complete your purchase with Apple Pay using any compatible Apple device.
- Google Pay: Use Google Pay to quickly check out without needing to enter your payment information.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Right of Withdrawal from the Agreement:
The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement without stating a reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods. The product must be returned in its original condition with an undamaged hygiene seal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision through a clear statement sent to the email address [info@braidsponytail.com] before the expiration of the 14-day period from receiving the goods.
Subsequently, the returned product should be packaged and sent via postal service (we encourage choosing cost-effective transport options) to the address: BraidsPonytail, 90 Kirkstone Drive, M24 5RZ, Middleton, Manchester, United Kingdom.
Exchange Policy:
The customer has the right to exchange a product within 14 days of receiving the product if it has not been used and has an intact security seal.
The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the item and for the reshipment of the replacement.
To exchange a product, the customer should inform us via email at info@braidsponytail.com.
Subsequently, the exchanged product should be packaged and sent to the address: BraidsPonytail, 90 Kirkstone Drive, M24 5RZ, Middleton, Manchester, United Kingdom.
Return Conditions:
The product must be returned in its original condition with an undamaged hygiene seal.
The hygiene seal must remain intact. Breaking the hygiene seal means the loss of the right to a refund.
If the product has been used, it does not qualify for return.
Returns and Exchanges for Personalized Orders
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that items that are customized or made to order are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, personalized goods that are made specifically to your specifications are exempt from the standard return policy. This means that once your order has been placed, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges on these items.

Return Costs:
The buyer bears the shipping costs for the returned product.
The refund amount will be reduced by any initial shipping costs incurred on our part.
Refund:
Upon receiving the returned product, we will refund the customer an amount corresponding to the value of the purchased product, minus any costs incurred on our part related to the shipment.
The refund will be made using the same payment method the customer used when making the purchase, unless the customer explicitly agrees to a different form of refund.
